Synopsis

1960. Laurent Luissac stops his journalist career to do his military service in Algeria. There, he meets people with radically opposed motivations: soldiers, Harkis (Algerian who fought for France) and Black foot (French settlers in Algeria). Through his love story with Evelyne, a Black Foot young girl, he will discover a ripped off Algeria. Because of History, both lovers will say goodbye to their youth, illusions and to a lost country, without ever stop loving each other.
